Key Responsibilities:

1.            CRM Strategy: Implement and refine the CRM strategy in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

2.            Communications Calendar: Develop an annual communications calendar that ensures the quality and consistency of customer communications while meeting customer expectations.

3.            KPIs and Efficiency: Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on enhancing CRM efficiency and optimizing communication channels.

4.            Reporting & Analysis: ability to work with large data sets and proving actionable insights.

5.            Marketing Automation & Project Supervision: Optimize marketing automation tools & oversee special CRM-related projects collaborating with partner agencies to ensure successful implementation.

6.            CRM System Management: Manage, develop, and improve the CRM system, including the implementation of new modules and integration with internal and external systems. Generate reports and dashboards for all modules.

7.            Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless user journey and enhance customer loyalty.

8.            Budget Control: Plan, execute, and maintain control over budgets related to CRM activities, documenting financial flows.

9.            Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor and analyze competitors and their digital activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field ( Must be attested by the UAE Embassy)

•             Proven experience in CRM strategy development and management with real-world projects

•             Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs.

•             Proficiency in CRM software and tools.

•             Excellent project management skills.

•             Knowledge of digital marketing and competitor analysis.

•             Strong communication and collaboration skills.
